Through a mixture of qualitative and quantitative research.

QUALITATIVE RESEARCH We can conduct focus groups, face-to-face depth interviews with employees to understand their specific issues and needs from an organistaion.

QUANTITATIVE RESEARCH

We can use multiple methods to conduct your research and depending on your requirements, will recommend one or more that is appropriate for your needs. These methods include postal, web, telephone or a mixture of all three using our multi modal capabilities. Postal and web are use more frequently, but for some organisations where not everyone has access to email, a mixture of postal and web becomes invaluable.
