Maven Research processes are audited and accredited by Marketing Quality Assurance (MQA). Our Gap Analysis methodology is recognised by the British Quality Foundation (BQF).

Marketing Quality Assurance (MQA)
Following our previous certification with MRQSA (BS7911) back in 2000, Maven was again one of the first companies to be accredited with the global replacement ISO 20252 in February 2007. This new standard is designed specifically for market, opinion and social research environments at a global level. Maven is proud to have passed the rigorous and regular audit in all aspects of its quality processes.

The British Quality Foundation (BQF)
Maven has a long-standing relationship with the BQF. Our GAP Analysis Methodology is recognised by the BQF as one of the most robust methodologies for understanding and measuring customer needs and requirements. We have achieved the status of a 'Registered Consultancy and Training Organisation. The BQF is dedicated to the promotion and achievement of quality practice and processes.

The Market Research Society (MRS)
As one of the companies within the Munro Global Group, Maven is a member of the MRS Company Partner Scheme.
All senior research staff are also personal members of the Market Research Society (MRS) and all staff are provided with, and abide by, the MRS Code of Conduct.

Investors In People (IIP)
Maven achieved this certification early in 2003, the processes Maven work within ensure staff receive regular performance reviews to identify internal and external training needs, where appropriate training is provided to ensure staff advancement in up-to-date research techniques.

Interviewer Quality Control Scheme (IQCS)
As an IQCS member Maven offers clients the assurance that individuals involved in the supervision of, and collection of, data will be adequately and appropriately trained and supervised, and their work validated, in accordance with minimum levels specified by the scheme.

We are registered under the DPA and comply fully with the requirements entailed.
