Amanda Potter joined Maven Research in 1999. She graduated in 1996 from the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside with a B.A. (Hons.) degree in Business Studies with Marketing bias, and the Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma. She is a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and an Associate Member of the MRS. Amanda is Research Director at Maven and has a background in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies for a number of different industry sectors including Retail, Automotive, Public Services, Leisure and Financial Services. Amanda has experience in both ad hoc research and continuous customer and employee tracking research, and is Account Director for the likes of DaimlerChrysler, Citroen UK and Wickes. Prior to working for Maven, Amanda was Research Consultant in the Automotive industry working with a number of automotive manufacturers, and Account Manager for a Mystery Shopping company working with Punch Taverns and Hilton Hotels.
