Postal Surveys
Maven provide postal surveys to a number of current clients, scaled to meet their objectives and requirements. We have effective experience and capability of processing large amounts of data using our leading edge scanning technology. Currently we process 12,000 surveys per month.
Our in-house scanning technology recognises pre coded selection boxes and outputs data into excel spreadsheets. Open ended questions can be manually input by our experienced team, and both sets of data merged together. All data is then manually verified and validated in accordance with MRS guidelines and ISO20252 quality standards.
