Maven Provide Insight to National Grid Metering

Maven Research is pleased to announce they have been re-commissioned by National Grid Metering to continue undertaking their customer research.  Running quarterly, the project is designed to give an insight into customers' perceptions and satisfaction.

Maven's in-house CATI unit have already begun interviewing, contacting around 60 customers each quarter to gain insights into a number of core attributes including customer contact, IT systems and customer needs.

National Grid Metering will use the results to track and further improve their metering service over the forthcoming months.
