Maven To Provide Employee Insight for Hanson

Hanson Building Products (HBP), one of the worlds' leading suppliers of heavy building machinery to the construction industry, has commissioned Maven Research to carry out their 2007/8 employee survey.

This project will explore employees' requirements of the organisation and how well they are being met; and will focus on employee satisfaction and commitment to their role within HBP.  It will assist HBP in identifying key issues within different employee groups and highlight priorities for action in 2008.
