Maven's Portfolio of Work with British Gas Expands Further

Following a piece of market research into their onshore direct debit systems, British Gas has approached Maven to conduct research into their offshore direct debit system. The study aims to understand whether the offshore process functions as well as the onshore process. Maven will conduct telephone interviews from their in-house CATI unit, manned by highly trained and experienced staff. This research compliments other business and consumer projects currently in progress for British Gas.
