G4S Detention & Escorting 'Have Their Say'

G4S Justice Services has commissioned Maven Research to carry out employee satisfaction research, this time within their UK and overseas Detention & Escorting business. G4S are the main provider of in-country escorting within the UK and escorted and non-escorted repatriation services overseas to the UK Immigration and Nationality Directorate.

Over 900 employees will be invited to take part in the research, called 'Have Your Say,' via a paper based self-completion questionnaire. Areas measured will include training, understanding of business goals, and measuring performance. G4S D&E will use the results to measure areas of exceptional performance within the business, and to highlight additional needs of their employees.

The research adds to the portfolio of work already undertaken by Maven for G4S Justice Services Electronic Monitoring and HMP & YOI Parc. Maven is extremely proud to continue to be associated with the G4S Justice Services companies.
