Interviewing Software

The majority of our telephone research is conducted using a computer assisted programme. Maven use the NEBU suite of interviewing software; this powerful tool combined with our tailor-made reporting software allows us to offer bespoke research solutions to you at off-the-shelf prices.

 

If your research requires, NEBU also enables us to conduct the same survey online using the same software and databases. This cross-functionality allows seamless transitions between multi-media respondents, with part completed interviews able to switch between media, all previously recorded responses immediately available to both. Through this medium we can invite your respondents to take part in surveys by email, post, phone, or any combination of the three, giving you access the best way for them.

 

All call centre's have in-built call recording software which can be requested by our clients for their research. Our London and Newcastle call centre's also utilise SPSS Quancept interviewing software and SPSS PASW Data Collection.

 

NEBU Training

As a pioneer of the NEBU technology, Maven offer training to other NEBU users throughout the research community.
