Email Interviewing

Questionnaires are e-mailed to prospective respondents for self-completion. They may print the questionnaire out, complete it manually and return it via post / fax or, they can complete it electronically and return it via email. Such self-administered approaches can be a low cost alternative to telephone or face-to-face methods.

Email questionnaires can be completed at a greater convenience to the respondents than some other methods of collection.
