Graham Craigmile

Research Director

Graham joined us in June 2009 and is the latest addition to the senior research team.  Graham is an expert in customer satisfaction and loyalty and has advised many clients on this subject over the years. He plays an active role in ensuring that the results are actioned and lead to positive change. 

Graham has a successful research history, working for Harris Interactive; Harte-Hanks; City Research Group and NOP and has a wealth of experience across many sectors including financial services, technology and telecoms, public sector and many others. He graduated in 1988 from Plymouth Polytechnic with an HND in Business & Finance.

Graham is a full member of the MRS and has worked in research for 20 years.  He enjoys coaching and playing cricket in his spare time.
