Glyn Luckett

Head of Commercial

Glyn joined Maven in 1996 as member of our research team. Having progressed through various research roles in the organisation, he is Head of Commercial. He joined Maven from the engineering sector and is familiar with many of the challenges in the business management environment.

Glyn is a Member of the MRS and has extensive experience in managing research projects containing both qualitative and quantitative research elements. He also has broad and successful experience in managing business-to-business and end-customer satisfaction programmes across a breadth of business sectors and using research to support strategic change.

He has significant GAP Analysis / Servqual experience and using our application of the model to achieve business improvement. These include working within complex internal customer, supplier relationships across public and private sector organisations. Supporting strategic alliances and developing traditional customer relationships to become synergistic partnerships’. 

Glyn manages client accounts across business sectors including Manufacturing, Construction, Public Services and Business Services.
