Action Alerts
In addition to measuring and monitoring customer satisfaction, Maven can help you to respond to individual customer dissatisfaction immediately, proving to your customers that you care about them and try to ensure that they receive the service levels that they desire.
We can operate an Action Alert process that will alert you to customer problems which can range from minor issues such as actions that are outstanding right through to serious customer complaints.
This process is conducted within Data Protection rules and is instigated by the customer. Details of the complaint/specific issue and customer contact details are passed back to you within an agreed timeframe (e.g. 48 hours) for you to contact the customer directly to discuss and resolve the problem.
This process adds value to the customer satisfaction measurement programme both for you and your customer.
