Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI)


Interviewing Software


Maven uses the NEBU suite of interviewing software for both CATI and online interviewing. This powerful tool, combined with our tailor-made reporting software, allows us to offer bespoke research solutions to you at off-the-shelf prices. Interviewing can be completed in our 60-station telephone unit, or online using the same software and the same database. This cross-functionality allows seamless transitions between multi-media respondents, with part completed interviews able to switch between media. Through this medium we can invite our respondents to take part in surveys by email, post, telephone or any combination of the three, allowing access in the preferred method of the respondent. It is also possible to include media clips as part of your telephone and online interviews using NEBU.
